I had a pleased experience at Gloss and Glam ladies salon. Mostly I am not comfortable for haircut in different salon because of my frizzy hair . But today i met Ms Saima. She done my haircut . She looked my hair and suggested which haircut 💇‍♀️ will be good and had a good experience with her. She was smiling and doing her services perfectly.. Next i done threading and wax upper lips .. this was done by Ms Kamala and She was very gentle and her services was painfree.After that she applied cream to my forehead and upperlips which was very soothing . Staff are very friendly , smiling and professional . I am really happy with Gloss and Glam Services. At the end while paying for my services i met there customer relationship Ms Vinitha who is very friendly and polite and who asked me about the experience.. Such a Lovely Experience at Gloss and Glam Ladies Beauty Salon! From the moment I stepped in, I felt so welcomed. The staff was warm, the place was clean and stylish, and the whole vibe was just so relaxing. It really felt like a little escape. I want to especially recommend Pritika — she’s amazing at what she does. She did my facial and it was so soothing; my skin felt super fresh afterwards. She’s also really good with waxing — gentle, and constantly checks in to make sure you’re comfortable, which I really appreciated. Even the pedicure was done with so much care! Another great thing about this place is that they have daily offers, but they never cut corners on quality. The service is always consistent and professional all the way through. Definitely recommend Gloss and Glam if you’re looking to treat yourself. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! ~ cleta f
I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very courteous and extremely customer-friendly. I went in for four different services, and everything was done efficiently without compromising on quality. What stood out to me was the welcoming atmosphere—they greet you with a smile and even offer water or coffee as you settle in. Throughout the visit, they made sure I was comfortable and checked in often. I also appreciate how open they are to feedback. Whether it's positive or constructive, they genuinely take it in the right spirit and are always looking to improve. Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience.
